On arrival at Maun Airport, you will be met byour representative who will introduce you to your pilot and show you to your light aircraft fyour first flight. Your first destination is Nxai Pan. Nxai Pan National Park lies just north of the Maun-Nata road and adjoins Makgadikgadi Pans National Park on its northern border. The camp is situated in the tree line with 8 purpose built desert tents. All of the 8 tents have privateviewing decks, inside and outside showers and fans. The main are

| Day 2: |
Nxai pan is well known for its huge springbokpopulation and once the rains have started, gemsbok, elephant and zebras migrate to region. At this time zebra’s come in their thousands to drop their young at Nxai Pan. Extraordinarily large herds of giraffe’s can bseen with up to 30 in a group. These large herds of zebras, springbok, and wildebeest attract many predators – lion, cheetah, jackal and both spotted and the elusive brown hyenas well as the endangered wild dog and the secretive leopard. Other activities you can do whilst here include a visit to Baines Baobab’s game drive, nature walks and star gazing.

On your morning of departure after a game activity and breakfast – you will be transferredto the airstrip to continue on your journey bylight aircraft to Tau Pan. Tau Pan Camp situated inside the world famous Central Kalahari Game Reserve, right on the edge of the beautiful Tau Pan. After the summer r(October – March), the CKGR completely transforms as the blue sky fills with huge clouds, and the plains and pans burst with sweet grasses.

This is one of the best game viewing areas in Botswana at this time of year and not many people seem to be aware of this – so the visitorsare few.
The national park gets animals such springbok, gemsbok and wildebeest in their thousands and quite a sight to behold. Predators abound with plentiful Lions – especially the famous Kalahari black-maned lion,cheetach,leopard and jackals.Brown hyenas and wild dogs are also found in the area. All of the 8 tents have private viewing decks, inside and outside showers and fans. The main area has a swimming pool, curio shop and library – the views and wide open spaces are unbelievable are gam and the activities on offer her are game drives and nature walk with the San trackers

After your morning activity on your last day you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight to Kwara. Kwara camp adjoins the Moremi Game Reserve but as Kwara concession is privatethe animals move freely but other tourists don’t – so you have the Delta experiance as good as it can get.

The water experience, either fishing, on a mekoro or exploring the channels and rivers by boat, is spectacular. Kwara also offers game drives both off road and at night in their private traverse area.This offers the best all-yearround Delta experience.

After a morning activity and a leisurely breakfast on your last day at Kwara, you board a light aircraft for your transfer back to Maun. (B)
NB:Please note that both Nxai Pan and Tau Pan are in national parks and very ecologically sensitive area and therefore no off road driving or night drives are permitted.
